OT: Blue has a point, I never saw them like that. I never pay attention to legendary pokemon.
Personally I don't want them to change the starters. I like them being Grass/Fire/Water but I approve of gen 6 giving them secondary types which were also SE. In non-main games (like Colloseum), I'm okay for starters to be non-GFW, but they need to be iconic pokemon; like Espeon and Umbreon.

I don't understand how Weezing can become part electric type Is there something I'm missing? Isn't it just two balls of gas
Because electricity is formed by radioactive protons and neutrons and electrons and electrodes so when Weezing mega evolves it will turn from balls of gas to balls of radioactive material and all the electrodes in the radioactivity will form lighting strikes and other forms of electricity.
But you seem to have no problem with the Ice typing?
