This could be good but I don't expect a lot from it tbh.
I would love it if Miley had them throughout the whole thing not just the opener. Would be much better imo.

I was kind of hoping that Miley would pull of a different persona and I thought the teasers were just her mocking herself from the 2013 VMAs...
If she tries to replicate 2013, it will not be met with praise. The difference will be that people won't care as much as they did in 2013.
