I never denied this, reading is essential.
And he was clearly not more important, when Madonna had been outselling him since 1998 and was actually able to maintain her career and not have her life completely fall apart like his. He was HUNDREDS of millions of dollars in debt. He did not want to do that tour and he DIED from the stress of it because he needed more and more of that drug to sleep.
Obvoiusly MJ has a different kind of celebrity from ANYONE, but Madonna's
career was 1000x better than his since the late 90s
