Madonna isn't there, she was just nominated. However, she has already made several GOAT lists and is at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, while also being nominated to the SHOF. It's a difficult thing to achieve not everybody has that.

I'm not seeking to shut people down. In nearly every thread I've seen you in, you've been contradictory, condescending, and a bit if a bully. I respect your opinions and I think you have great taste, but so far it doesn't seem like you've had any fun here. It seems like you've been dissatisfied with the site, its members, and their taste. Well fun is an extremely subjective term, i'm sure you know that. I'm simply having a debate with someone on a topic that was posted, that's it. Didn't know that made me a bully but take it however you want to. You have no idea if this is fun to me or not. And no I don't share the same music tastes as most people on here, as in I might very well be the only person on here that doesn't stan for Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Madonna, Ariana Grande, or Taylor Swift but when I occasionaly do meet someone who we mutually like I do discuss the music with them.
Isn't it funny how whenever people are praising Mariah and all the other second tier icons (janet etc.) they need to discredit Madonna, but when people talk about Madonna, others are not mentioned?

The history book is already written. Madonna is respected, extremely acclaimed and influential. Her catalog sales are great for an 80s act, her recurrent airplay too and let me no get into touring numbers.
