While we are at conspiracies, I believe that TLY is meant a towards David Bowie. AZ mentioned that Bowie had brother named Terry, who committed suicide, and who loved used for inspiration for a lot of his songs. I did it a bit of research and found out that Bowie felt that he didn't do enough to save him, along with guilt over his suicide. So, I come to the conclusion that TLY is a message from Lana to David, saying that it wasn't his fault and that Terry loved him.
