I think her music is available in both, she's actually one of the most popular French-speaking acts in the US, she has done a few shows here too. I love Stromae too! Haven't listened to Celine but maybe I should.

Also look up Zaz' debut album, it's jazzy and fun. I liked the Long courrier album by BB Brunes a lot too.
