The VMA ratings all depend on Miley. Will she do something desperate a week before the show to garner attention? Even if she does, I don't think people will really care. I mean, she had all the attention in the world 2 years ago yet her album sold less than ARTPOP globally and her international gross #s were freaking embarrassing.
