You know an anime has jumped the shark when the next villain is a secret organization of assassins/warriors (The Espada, The Akatsuki, Organization XIII, etc.)
Atonement is the saddest movie you'll ever see. The first twenty minutes is super romantic, gorgeously shot, and then everyone that you started to like suddenly has their life constantly ******* on. That ending with Vanessa Redgrave and them looking on at the cabin by the beach... OMG.
