I just wouldn't try to access ATRL for a short period of time (say 15-30 minutes). If you are still getting the error, turn your internet off and then back on, or try a different proxy. Alternatively, try accessing ATRL from your computer when you can.
Meanwhile, I like having an unlimited data plan.
