Big Ass Mess - The Clean Up
Hello, kitty girls + random guests coming in to watch the implosion. My name is Citrus, and I'm going to be your guide as we wade through the ******** of the last several pages.
YSL winning was completely valid. He had the highest average rank from all of the judges (score tables are at the end of this post). I personally had him 3rd, behind Tymps and Moonchild, but I ultimately decided that the panel consensus was powerful enough for him to snatch. Jax then quit because Jax has his own prerogative to live by. Dancehall quit, as well, buuuuut I received a PM from her within minutes of her resignation post:

So, basically, Dancehall didn't actually plan on quitting. And she approached me about continuing on in the competition and I allowed her to do the BEYONCE style reveal next week since I hadn't "officially" eliminated her. Then things got out of hand...
My post here talking about Dancehall's potential had no purpose other than to stir up drama for her reappearance in the next challenge. Then she took it a step too far with the faked screenshot of the PM exchange. She obviously meant no ill will, as evidenced by her apology on my wall below:

Jax. and several others who want this game to shut down latched onto this and began a posting storm + someone reported the thread. I was at dinner with my boyfriend while most of this was happening, so I closed the thread until I would be back home and better able to respond.
The TL;DR version is this: Dancehall wanted to fake quit to stir up drama, and I allowed her to. Not only that, but I exacerbated it by posting incendiary things about her leaving the game. That is all 100% on me, and I apologize for it. I truly fell into a pitfall of the actual drag race here - manufactured drama doesn't work when there's so much real drama. As a host, I should've been far more professional and impartial in the situation and I'm truly sorry that I wasn't. Think of it like Willam approaching WOW and asking if he could mess some things up. The difference being that I should've declined to maintain the integrity of this online gay ass forum game.
That being said, I'd like to continue on if you'll have me. I have a heck of a lot more challenges planned, and absolutely no desire to ever do anything like this again. With all the craziness going on, there will be no elimination this week. If any of you do not wish to continue in the game, I hold no ill will towards your decision to check out now. But for those of you who would like to, I would be honored to be your CitRu again.
