I don't know, but Speechless is a masterpiece one of the best ballads I've heard and people has told me they consider one of the best pop ballads they have heard.
Maybe they like it because Diane helped her and they want to believe that Gaga has not ability to write a ballad oh and because is new so they haven't seen people dragging the song, but give them more weeks and they will dislike it, because they don't have an own opinion and go with the flow, like when everyone liked ARTPOP until the sales weren't that good for her standar. they always come for her writting, sometimes they are right like when they drag Hair and Bad Kids but her ballads most of the time are on point, Speechless is well written better than others ballads of current pop girls, I think it's genious and clever song.
