No. It's a wax figure. A WAX FIGURE. Obviously, if it was actually Nicki (or any other woman) those people had no right to do that.
They should just put it up higher or something if it continues to be an issue.
But if Nicki wants Anaconda to be about empowerment (body positivity, sex positivity), you can't really then turn around and say this figure is degrading. At any rate, Nicki seems to like it, and I imagine she had to approve it.
