Who the **** takes a half hour to smoke a joint/blunt/bowl? If Bey doesn't smoke that often, her tolerance shouldn't be that high, and she shouldn't need that much weed & time to get high

I said Gaga would probably be too stuck-up to be friends with in general. She's already too stuck-up to be friends with anybody in the industry besides Tony Bennett. Why would she be friends with a random person she didn't know prior to becoming famous?
