In the US 'latino' is an ethnic/geographical origin/racial category that applies to a lot of people. And it excludes those people from really being considered white.

belinda is a mexican citizen now and if not her, use any of the mexican or argentinian or chilean models and actors working in mexico who are white like sebastian rulli
i know... in the US census and all their employment foms, they have an initial question asking if you're latino/hispanic (any race) and then these are options for the people who say answer NO for that question

white (non-latino)
asian (non-latino)
native (non-latino)
mixed (non-latino)
some people don't follow it though. i know a bolivian girl who's chinese and she chooses asian
