Iconic scene, it's amazing how little she needs to create an interesting visual. I loved that she used the outfit briefly on tour.

No one can ever accuse her or her eras of being boring unless she's simply doing nothing. Whether people like her stuff or not, it's still very polarizing - even her damn jazz standards album had the fanbase divided.

It's just how the pictures makes it look, this tour was in the mid 1980s under stadium lights. Here's another angle, and you can see the collar and shoulder loops are there. This is definitely this outfit.
