It was so short though. Proportionally, it was incredible.
People don't usually take into account how few albums she had a chance to release or how there was less than a decade between her debut and The Bodyguard.
And yes, her voice was incredible - the best there's been in a pop singer, point blank goodbye. Few female vocalists of any kind compare (Aretha is one), and none have quite the same power.
