I don't think she's heartless because that's how she reacted. I mean, I've been known to react the same way in those situations. Also, as a rape victim herself, I'm sure she empathized with the girl to some degree. I think Madonna is rough around the edges, but it isn't like she doesn't have feelings.

Good, I'm glad he's put out a good album it's been a great year in country so far and I have a feeling it will continue that way with Carrie and such releasing.
Even when she was "big" she really wasn't at all. Her 2010 songs are among the least listened to top 10 hits of that year with the lowest overall counts, as well.
Madonna is a ****, she isn't heartless or even cold. Just guarded. And a ****. She didn't have the best childhood and I think she always had a weird inferiority complex growing up and acting like a bitch made her feel in charge and in control. It's who she became, and the fame obviously added to it.
