Britney has been asked to do the Super Bowl before, has already done the Super Bowl, has done the NFL Halftime Kick-off and has already been asked to do the Golden Super Bowl. Is this supposed to be a diss?

You clearly were not a stan till the late 2000s decade.

Clear Channel was a promoter and JIVE/Zomba was a failing indie record label. They only had Britney to live off of despite a huge hip-hop/R&B roster and that's why they sold to Sony. How would they have paid payola when they couldn't pay their employees?
Clear Channel was paying for Britney's concert to be part of her advertising team, not the other way around

Do you know what a promoter is?
Fun fact: Usher was also believed to be part of the same radio ban.
