He is super relevant in the Urban scene. He is super relevant on Urban songs, in urban media, on Urban radio etc. Rihanna is not relevant in the pop scene right now. None of her songs have been this year and nothing she's released has impacted the pop scene. The only semi-relevant thing she's released this year is BBHMM (On Urban, but still nowhere near as relevant as Chris is there or his big hits there) It is what it is.
