My only "criticism" is that she could work with more experienced co-writers to help craft her ideas. But it's not crucial.
DJWS has worked on great songs. RedOne has worked on great songs. Both have weak songs with her. It's up to Gaga to write brilliant songs and steer the album in a strong direction, then sell it well.
