It would've been nice to have her in the season finale tho... But I'm not complaining because 8 episodes as I said is better then nothing, and actually at times, I thought she was going to be in a lot less. 8 is actually quite a bit.
Yeah, I'm not sure she'll die. It could go many ways. Maybe she'll be there throughout the whole season but won't appear in some episodes (Out of town or stuff like that). Oh well, we'll see At least it's not some random cameo.

I think she'll be in 8 eps in total, not the first 8 episodes.
What I take away from what Brad is saying is that she's only available to shoot the time frame of 8 episodes. which means she will most likely appear in the first 8 and then after that won't see her anymore, unless she films little things not chronologically. Because it seems like in their contract 8 episodes is the deal, and after she does her 8, she'll be done. But then Ryan Murphy said shes going to do all her scenes at once, which means shes not gonna leave set, come back, shes doing 8 in a row. and then will be done. In my head I'm taking it as she'll be in the first 8, which I think i'd prefer if her story is tide up nicely, because I don't think I'd want her to just not appear in an episode, because shes away on a "vacation" or something..

It's not even that bad. Most characters never appeared in every episode, except most of Sarah Paulsons and Langes. Chances are high she will be in later episodes too, espcially since they are kinda milking her and the finale needs to have her!

I'm not too sure since I am not behind the scenes but it really depends, I guess.
It's not like they don't already know how the finale is supposed to be and who will die or not.
The only things I know they changed in the progress was that there were no more musical numbers in FS (although there are pics of the fat girl with a guitar so they probably shot the performance but it didn't make the cut) and Delphine becoming an racist ass again. Those things weren't that difficult or important to not change them.

Exactly, there could be a throwback episode like Orphans in FS, or just an episode in the middle that has nothing to do with her storyline, etc.

And no, like all TV shows AHS does not shoot chronologically. In fact, it's kind of impossible for them to do so with so many high-profile and very busy actors. Gaga will film the episodes she is in all at once but that in no way means it's the first eight episodes. It could be, but it doesn't mean that for sure.
