It has a gap of nearly 17K to cross before it can even match it, let alone outsell it. That's almost 50% of its total sales, which it sold in its first week. Jackie is obviously not going to produce any huge or even moderately successful hits to sell the album at this point so that excuse is useless btw. Someone please enlighten me.
