I have said the same thing essentially before and no one here can factually argue against it. That is why I say the blacks self disenfranchise because the vast majority are wired to vote Democrat and decade after decade they get nothing back but broken cities, crap schools and poverty.

I am not saying the Republicans will magically fix all that but if the black vote were to swing there way they would take notice, open their eyes and do some things at least to try to retain that vote. They can't take for granted something they never had and would want to keep hold of it.
