Only the stadium shows really get any guests. The fact that it seems to be happening "all the time" just goes to show how many sold out stadiums She is performing in.
And it's still a surprise because not everyone who attends knows She does this, and nobody who attends knows if there will be guests at their show, or who it will be. You just don't find it surprising because you pay more attention than the average person, being on a pop forum that talks every time She brings someone out.
