Florence has been in the game for about 6/7 years but she only has one album less than Paramore. She'll win a Grammy next year, has many hits and will be one of the most referenced female rock acts ever when all is said and done. I mean her vocals alone>>>>

Oh and according to Wikipedia, she also won the Music of Ginger Origin Award, so people think she's the best redhead musician right now
