Her first three albums came out year after year, and they did it with her 4th-6th albums, and then
Circus just a year after
Blackout. I would agree if we were talking during the BO era, but she is back in the swing of business. It's normal for her to record like this and have an album ready.
Interviews? She has had them. Ballad? They really don't care
This era was meant to get her base back together, and that's with the catchy pop songs. I can guarantee next album we'll see a ballad single, or at least mid-tempo.
I also don't agree with a re-release.
Circus is dead on pretty much all charts around the world, as far as my knowledge goes. A re-release now would be a huge MISS IMO. Maybe if a plan for RR came about while "Amy" was in middle of faltering, and released this Summer (with the single blowing up while she was in Europe), but not now with "Radar" flopping and the album nowhere to be found, it'd be like the pointless.
So I say new album or Singles Collection. I think now it would be kind of cool to do, along with a Tour DVD, and stuff like that while she finishes the tour and then new album next Spring/Summer.
Louie, just calm down and control yourself, please.
