Finally joined this forum today! Very happy. Meant to join awhile ago.

So what do you guys honestly think the lead single will be??? so many clues, yet so much conflicting information.

To me--- the Video shoot seems like it is Renegade Runaway, which I would love.

But I also like the Deja Vu title, etc.

I suppose it could be something not registered that we never heard of?

^ I like Deja Vu. I think the only thing wrong with it, is that it gives the impression that the music will be same old/same old, instead of the new sound she said she is going for.

I am sure Deja Vu is a kick butt song though. I just got Renegade Runaway stuck in my head as I love it so much.

What is hilarious-- is that 2 different photoshop Fakes came out within the last 2 days of Fake adds dates- one for Deja Vu and one for Renegade Runaway. lol

What will tomorrow bring? Things are going crazy. Carrie needs to tell us something.

Yay we got a new member.

I personally don't want to put 100% of my beliefs in something. Honestly at first the songs I thought it could've been were 'Clock Don't Stop', 'Let the Wheels Roll' or 'Highway to Heaven'.

'Deja Vu' is the speculation, I have no reason not to believe the source who told us it but I also have no reason to believe him 100% on this because again - it's speculation. However, some of her tweets lately seem like they've been alluding to 'Deja Vu' being the single.

Renegade Runaway, the title alone give me too much of a similarty to 'Somethin' Bad' so that's why I'm hesitant on predicting that yet.

If it is Deja Vu, I wouldn't be surprised. But my first thought was Renegade Runaway. So my top 3 are guesses would be: Renegade Runaway, Deja Vu and Clock Don't Stop.

In comparison to 'Good Girl' for 'Blown Away' and 'Cowboy Casanova' for 'Play On'', which songs have been registered within the same time frame as those occurrences?

It's quite possible that the song Carrie chose for the lead single wasn't even on the album yet when she said "We only have a few more songs to record" and they again chose it later in the process? That can lead us to some hints.

Also another topic of speculation, If I remember correctly - For 'Blown Away' wasn't 'Good Girl' not originally the first single planned to be release but it was another song? If so which song do you guys think it could've been / do you think there was another song suppose to be on the album but ultimately got cut in favour for 'Good Girl'?

I could've sworn for that album that's what happened, they already recorded a song which they thought would be the lead single than they recorded 'Good Girl' and decided to make that the lead single.

If the first single isn't "Deja Vu" I will be shocked and cut all ties with the dj who gave me the tea, and she happens to be a good friend, so unless things change, I don't think she is lying. She better give a really good explanation if this turns out to not be true, but I don't think that's the case.

'Deja Vu' - it's interesting to note that it was registered to ASCAP/BMI months ago but taken down recently (Within the last two/three months possibly, when we got closer to the album being finished?) so perhaps the label is trying to fool the hardcore stans who look into this to try to not get any leaks out?

Also not sure if y'all knew this but 'The Girl You Think I Am', Carrie is registered as a performer for the song? Was this done recently or a long time ago and I'm forgetting.
