I agree, but I think Christie hurt himself and Huckabee also to a slight extent. For Trump's case, not hurting himself = helped a lot with the gp because people assumed that he would crash and burn. Even though he wasn't that good, he's going to get a lot of support.
Bush, Rand Paul and Fiorina are the huge winners. Kasich did well, but I think the homefield advantage helped him come across well with the audience no matter what he said.
