The majority of the rules aren't about whether advertisers or guests see them, and Blogs until now we're just a way for members to circumvent normal rules. Now they aren't, pretty simple.
You'd think that people would use a section called Blogs for actual, ya know,
blogs, but apparently people decided at some point that it was more convenient to use it to slip under the regular rules radar. But not today, sorry!
