A lot of the rules were just updated or specified more + all of them now apply in the Blogs section too

Luckily for a few different blogs they don't work retro(actively). With regard to your HR if you don't get an answer (it happens sometimes) assume it didn't work in your favor (although you could check your WPs to see if anything was reversed)
