See this is exactly why Taylor applied for trademarks for all those lyrics/phrases in this era. Cos she is operating in the real world where you can get sued for trademark infringement. After the Lucky 13 case, she doesn't want to repeat that again, so she makes all these applications and she either obtains the trademarks herself, or gets notified that trademarks are already owned by other parties. That will avoid a similar situation where she gets sued again for her merchandising.
