The remix completely changes the beat and replaces BOTH verses with rap verses. The only things that are still the same are the bridge and the melody of the chorus. In hindsight, it's pretty unfair that the Scream & Shout remix was treated as a separate song on the Hot 100, considering it does a similar thing to what the Bad Blood remix did.
