I love both albums and think both are underrated by ATRL in general but Rebel Heart is better.

Rebel Heart's sacrilegious songs are the best. Holy Water and Devil Pray are unfortunately good.

I love both ARTPOP and Rebel Heart.
But ARTPOP is a better album. RH has some amazing tracks but I only listen to 1/4 of the 19 track version. I do not even want to consider the awful 25 songs Super Deluxe.

ARTPOP has only Gypsy which I do not listen to.

I definitely thought RH was better for awhile but as time goes on it's harder to tell.

Rebel Heart's highs > ARTPOP > Rebel Heart's lows

ARTPOP is terrible. The only songs I can listen to are the singles, Venus, and Donatella and Gypsy on a good day.
