The problem I have with ARTPOP is that she tried to pass it as high art when it's full of EDM/Pop bops (& Dope).

Like, what was she thinking

The fact that she managed to get herself into the Louvre & get ARTPOP displayed at the Guggenheim. Collabs with Jeff Koons, Marina Abromovich, Robert Wilson, etc.

Even when she loses, she wins. She will never learn the lesson.

1989 is pretty mediocre too.

I know I'm super deluded but I like all ARTPOP aside from J&D (it's TRASH, I cannot defend this) & Dope (which is not bad but it's not for my taste). I mean Donatella, Swine & Aura are not great songs, but they are good in my deluded eyes.

agrIH The way 95% of ARTPOP was ruined by her last-minute changing things that didn't need changing, it seems. Her overthinking is definitely, definitely what makes or breaks her and ARTPOP was a massive overthought.

There was a point where I thought Rebel Heart >>> ARTPOP.

But nah, Rebel Heart got old really fast aside from a couple of songs.

It's a good album though. Miles better than MDNAids.
