It's so easy to forget that certain acts are super local. I was just going on about Great Big Sea to one of my American friends on Skype, and after I was finished, he told me he had no idea what/who I was talking about.
Some people tried to break into my neighbours house the other day at 5pm, in broad daylight.
Now my parents have just left for 2 weeks and i'm kinda worried. Let me just carry a knife around all the time.
Why? So you can scream and drop it, then run off to your bedroom and start banging on the window screeching for help then he'll break in and you'll say "BUT I WANNA BE IN THE SEQUEL"
