Dirrty is iconic.

Me and my friends discovered it in 2010, and would watch it. It was during Bionic, I was actually low-key stanning her. I would go on YouTube and search all her singles.

I liked Dirrty, The Voice Within, Candyman, Come On Over, Beautiful, etc. I also loved Not Myself Tonight when the vidya dropped.

Speaking of parental control you also reminded me of my High School Musical days, when the scandal first broke all over the news that Vanessa's nudes leaked, my mom was disgusted and was considering letting me not watch the movie anymore. But it was right before HSM2 premiered, and I was not gonna let her stop me from watching.

Same I was watching Family Guy / Flavor of Love / Degrassi in Elementary School, but for some reason, my mom was pissed over the Vanessa scandal.

She likely just wanted to use ANYTHING to force me to stop being obsessed with HSM during that period.

my dad banned me from watching the unpretty video by TLC because the girl in the video was thinking about get breast implants and he felt it was inappropriate. Funnily enough that song actually sends a really positive messages to young girls and I probably could've benefited from it
