Katy during Teenage Dream may not have won billboard woman of the year but I think 2010/2011 Katy Perry is more comparable to Gaga in 2010. And even still, Gaga would win because of the immensity of her phenomenon. Katy Perry is a popular artist that cannot be denied. And I think shes able to dominate radio spins and streaming in comparison to Gaga. But I just think it should be obvious to anyone that isn't just trying to vote against Gaga to vote against Gaga (which many of you do on the daily) that Gagas peak is much more immense than Katys was because it was well rounded and worldwide. She checked so many boxes that I dont think Katy is even capable of.

All of that being said, why 2014 Katy though? She had Dark Horse and Roar. Okay. But Prism isn't even comparable to Teenage Dream let alone The Fame+Monster.

Gaga with her TFM year was much bigger, but lmfao at people saying that Katy with her Prism era is even comparable to Gaga.... Teenage Dream is comparable with Gaga, that was a huge IMPACTFUL era.

Even Katy's huge tour grossing for 2014 has been possible thanks to people wanting to hear Katy sing her Teenage Dream singles... not her Prism ones.

I know wtf. The Prismatic Tour apparently did well but its not like it compares to the enormity and true relevance of The Monster Ball. Idk I mean its obvious Katy has become one of the biggest pop stars somehow but to compare her to Gagas peak she pales. Its a testament to peoples need to put Gaga down as much as possible that so many people here would even be choosing Katy. Its pop stan delusion.
