Blackout is not better than Matangi but some songs on it are better than all of Matangi.
The first 8 tracks on Blackout are listenable (except Heaven on Earth ) the rest are trash. How the Army convince themselves it's a pop classic I have no idea.
Now sis, Blackout, Teenage Dream and Confessions On A Dancefloor are the trinity of Pop so let's not say any blasphemies!
