Hey. So, I'm considering starting a workout soon but I'm somewhat lazy and unmotivated. Anyways, If I were to start working towards a "hot body", what routines do I attempt?
How many carbs do you guys consume during the day? + should I use a protein shake with a high number of carbs or a low one for post workout? I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage by the way so maybe the latter?

First you should start a simple routine jogging =cut weight squats=build legs/butt- pushups-Build upper body. Also get you some weights so you can build your arms.
No it doesn't. Look at all the athletes with big butts Serena Williams for example. And even football/baseball players and track runners players have big butts. Running will make you lose weight but in order to gain mass your going to have to increase your protein intake. Doing lunges and deadlifts will help too
fat hoes. need to use this thread more keep it active. I've been slacking in my eating habits but not that badly. I just haven't been working out as much but i still try to do at least something everyday "run,jog, jump rope, lift weights,"
So I've been spending all of the past year trying to work out at home with your standard pushups, situps, dips etc and saw not a lot of results.
I recently joined the gyms two weeks ago though and started seeing results immediately and am loving it. However, I've just been using machines. Everyone online keeps saying machines won't get me bigger though, and I am hesitant to bench press since I don't have a spotter.
Will machines help me bulk up?
PS I'm 6'1 and weigh 175 lbs and I would consider myself not twink skinny, but in between toned and thin. I'm looking to gain a lot of muscle and my weight goal is 200 lbs.
