I just watched some of the other seasons promos and they have sooo many not shown scenes that look better than some of the ones in the actual episodes.
Like for example here
Stanley says to Elsa that the patients (bette and dot) disappeard.
In the actual episode the twins just talk about the surgery and you neither see them go home, nor elsa and stanley mention it again.

I hope Gaga's acting is top level on the show because it would be such a shame if that was one of the things that brought the show down because the cast is looking pretty sick, I have faith tho
That also lists Angela Basset in episode 1, when she recently said in an interview that she wouldn't be in episode 1, so I don't know how trusted this is.
