And I highly doubt her Brazilian fans are the ones watching BOMT and Toxic around 1 million times per week each while letting recent songs like Perfume and Ooh La La bomb. Wouldn't it make more sense to help her streaming bombs instead?

I don't expect anyone to make any sort of valid or logical argument on why BOMT isn't one of the biggest pop classics of one time, because there are simply none.
I can easily see how so many stanbases would be pressed about it, because BOMT is that sort of classic song that isn't even achievable anymore in the digital era and the music industry that we have today. Britney is very fortunate to have classics both pre- and in the digital era. Now she just needs a post-digital era huge streaming smash.
