It's not a bad album, but yeah it's so damn overrated. It's only on ATRL that it's praised so much too.
Yikes why even Paris Hilton was able to pull the "electropop/r&b diva" thing better than Britney while doing album literally just for fun and she's not even a serious musician? Fergie did it better. Nelly did it better. Gwen did it better. Blackout remains the least decent of all the albums from this group from that era maybe "The Sweet Escape" is worse but still.

Blackout literally sounds like a combination of FS/LS and Loose, its not revolutionary at all.
