Admittedly, Gaga does have her fair share of extremely embarrassing meltdowns but they've occurred due to her having problems with media or corrupt corporations. She doesn't target/attack anyone individually.
Whenever she has said something about a person, it has been very tongue in cheek. She is a kind soul. There's not a evil bone in her body.
