Big Time Sensuality was hit there even though it peaked ot the 90-80s parts of the Hot 100. The thing is that her label didn't send the song to radio stations and had limited physical release at the time which were the huge factors on the Hot 100 hence why it couldn't get a higher peak. "Debut" peaked at the 60s of the BB200 chart but then again you didn't needed to have a huge peak to sell albums, she had considerable longevity and helped the album sell one million copies there [950k through SoundScan but they were just starting back then and a lot of their 90s albums numbers are underestimated and yes these numbers are decent, remember albums sales were at their peak in 1999 not in during the whole 90s decade]
Basically the Hot 100 is not good indicator of popularity of songs that came out pre-2000.
