The Anaconda video lost its hype and was completely forgotten about around 2 minutes after it was released. So I'm a bit confused as to why there was even any expectations for it. But yeah, it's pretty sad how anyone who's not considered a minority is made out to be the enemy.

A month of being big before fading away, a month which didn't even get Anaconda higher than #3 on the sales chart, isn't really something that merits an omg lock.

In conclusion, Nicki Minaj is behaving pathetically, childishly, and is portraying herself as a weak, petty person with these unnecessary and unprofessional tweets. And she calls herself a feminist? Yikes.

Furthermore, it's also interesting to note, that now that Nicki Minaj has been called out on her ridiculousness by Taylor Swift (and most recently by Ryan Seacrest), she's playing the race card to try to save face. Because "Anaconda" was so amazing, so spectacular, that if it's not nominated for the award that she wants, then everyone's racist!

Nicki touched on a lot of good points, but twitter really was not the way to go about this. She should've written one long statement and called it a day. Her ridiculous favorites are doing her no favors, either.

As for Taylor. It was obvious that Nicki was referring to Her with the "skinny girls" and "other girls" comments, but She didn't really respond effectively.
