Yikes.

Furthermore, it's also interesting to note, that now that Nicki Minaj has been called out on her ridiculousness by Taylor Swift (and most recently by Ryan Seacrest), she's playing the race card to try to save face. Because "Anaconda" was so amazing, so spectacular, that if it's not nominated for the award that she wants, then everyone's racist!

Nicki definitely sounds out of line trying to pull the race card with MTV. MTV of all people? Probably one of the least likely franchises to be looking at race in 2015.

A black R&B artist, and black Hip-Hop artist under VOTY. Beyonce performed a whole damn album. Nicki herself won Best Female Video with Starships. MTV's VMA winners and race have no bias at all.

& it's another thing to pull the race card if you released something critically acclaimed, that was straight amazing, and everyone knew deserved the award ala BEYONCE & good kid, MAD city @ the GRAMMYs.
