I think it's just a shadow from the mask he's wearing, and he's listed as a guest star, not a double.

Like usual, there are a ton of questions. Who the hell is Freddy? How does this whole story fit to any character we have seen? Um why did that girl (was it Ali?) look older than both Jason & Charles? Who was this "2nd cousin" and why didn't Mrs. D want Kenneth to know about the party?

i think the whole point of that scene was that Mrs. D got Ali and Jason to attend Charles' birthday party so Charles = Freddie

Oh I get it now. So you're saying Charles was already in Radley at the time. And Mrs.D took him out to give him a party with his siblings. She didn't want Mr. D to know he was out/alive? and didn't want Jason & Ali to know he was Charles. So "Freddy" is the 2nd cousin,

This episode was really frustrating to watch. Unnecessary Toby taking things into his own hands. Emily being a thirsty mess. Spencer screaming for Toby like A was shooting bullets.
