Before streaming single sales used to go up every year.
Because it hadn't peaked. Digital sales would've peaked and fell anyways. Countries that don't even have Streaming taking over yet, like Japan, where Spotify, Apple Music, etc weren't available have still fell hard in digital sales the past few years.
& album sales were falling a decade before Streaming so.
Yeah, there's like a whole roster of Urban hits that would've been Top 10 / 20 with Streaming during 2011-2012. The Hot 100 feels so inaccurate it hurts looking back at that period.
I mean, Beez in the Trap peaked #48, and it was one of the 10 most viewed videos of the entire year. Another song that would've definitely went Top 10 with streaming, and possibly had multiple weeks at #1 on Streaming.

She's coming. Not even Top 40 on Pop, and charting on no other formats. She also has no hits here (besides Rather Be, but she was featured) so probably has very little following so that means it must be getting very good reception from the little airplay it gets.
I like this song but I wish her vocals were stronger. It would've smashed so hard because the production is perfect. It can still become a cute hit though
I guess it's not hitting the top 100 anytime soon.
