If i have to tell you that Katy perry has a wider appeal because she doesn't dress like its halloween everyday or rip off over 5 people consistently.
Katy is the pop girl that is a girls girl and a guy's girl. Guys want to party with her Girls want to party with her. Guys want to bang her. girls want the katy kat too.
People have no question in their mind if Katy is a full fledged woman and her image, personality and music relates to a wide global audience.
You can't really think that Guys are attracted to gaga or that her songs reach a global audience unless it's her 1-2 buckle my shoe nursery rhyme singles of her debut era

Why is that Britney, Rihanna, Katy and Shakira get flack for their vocals and are questioned about their talent yet they are more successful than these pop genius visionaries...until someone on youtube discovers the original as copy and their incarnation as paste.
