so there's no rules about it, it's just when billboard want or dont want? like whitney death for example.
so if song from recurrect will have bigger stream, sales and airplay than song number 50, 40 or ever 30 in hot 100 it sill won't come back?

The general rule is that songs can't re-enter. But if let's say a song receives an insanely huge spike in sales/airplay/streams due to whatever noteworthy reason, or it's on its way to a new peak, Billboard should allow it.
Didn't they do something about Christmas songs too?

I was going to say Alicia Keys's Girl On Fire, since it peaked at #11 for several non-consecutive weeks, and spent months in the Top 20, but someone listed it on the songs that peaked at #11.

Did anyone ever hear from Billboard about Apple Music Streaming, regarding why they aren't including it on the BB 200 and Hot 100?

Don't mind the asterisks, I guess that's a formatting thing.

Omg, thanks so much!
So this century the only actual artist with multiple #11s is Goddess Swift. #JusticeForTaylor.
[Glee Cast having one song primarily by Gwyneth, and one primarily by Naya/Amber.]

"I Don't Want To Wait" did finally reach the Top Ten (#10), in Billboards 1998 Year End Survey lol.

Hopefully "Lean On" will be high up there. I cannot fathom it if it only moves up one spot, or if it stays in its spot. Like it doesn't make sense to me.

Why, though?
Its on-demand streaming and iTunes positions have both stayed roughly the same throughout this week, so only radio airplay has increased, and only by a little bit. Its AI is up less than 5M from one week ago. In fact, take a look at its overall AI update today:
13 (=). MAJOR LAZER - Lean On f/DJ Snake & MØ: 78.078 (-0.275)
Nothing has trended upward significantly for it, so it shouldn't increase by much, if it does at all... I think it goes up one spot this week because Want To Want Me will fall below it.

Well, actually its currently #11 on iTunes, only due to newer releases and its been #8-9 all week on iTunes, regardless. Its #13 on radio, which is pretty high, and only received a negative update due to more attention to 5SOS's radio deal (loads of songs did horrible today in their updates). I know Spotify isn't the sole streaming area, however, it plays a huge role. It moved up to #4 this week. So I think it should be closer to the top 10 (if not top 10) like in the #12-14 area opposed to #16-18.

I mean it was #2 and #3 on Spotify about 1.5/2 weeks ago before The Hills and CFMF moved above it for good; correct me if I'm wrong but it's been at #4/#5 on Spotify pretty consistently over the last week.
As I pointed out, its overall AI has remained about the same, only increasing less than 5M this week. And as you said, its iTunes status has been steady all week.
I just don't see how it moves up considering everything has basically stayed the same (besides the upward movement it'll get from songs falling fast like WTWM).

5. Watch Me (Whip / Nae Nae) = 40% Sales + 10% Airplay + 50% Streaming
6. Trap Queen = 26% Sales + 11% Airplay + 63% Streaming
7. Shut Up And Dance = 34% Sales + 44% Airplay + 22% Streaming
8. Fight Song = 58% Sales + 23% Airplay + 19% Streaming
9. Where Are Ü Now = 38% Sales + 21% Airplay + 41% Streaming
10. Hey Mama = 30% Sales + 41% Airplay + 29% Streaming
11. Honey, I'm Good. = 45% Sales + 34% Airplay + 21% Streaming
12. The Hills = 47% Sales + 0% Airplay + 53% Streaming
13. Uptown Funk = 27% Sales + 29% Airplay + 44% Streaming
14. Worth It = 36% Sales + 30% Airplay + 34% Streaming
15. Good For You = 49% Sales + 14% Airplay + 36% Streaming
16. Want To Want Me = 29% Sales + 46% Airplay + 25% Streaming
17. Lean On = 48% Sales + 28% Airplay + 24% Streaming

Neither feels huge to me, but Worth It definitely feels bigger than Lean On. Just my $0.02.

Worth It feels bigger, but in reality it's only bigger in airplay. Lean On is #4 or #5 on Spotify and #10 on iTunes while Worth It is down in the lower part of the top 20 on Spotify and #15 on iTunes. If either song does hit the top 10, it should be Lean On.
